Cleaning Service Add-Ons
Customize your cleaning by adding one, two, or even all of our cleaning add-ons! These cleaning add-ons will be perfect if you are moving in or moving out, want to up your deep clean game or if you simply want to have these cleaning tasks ticked off of your list.
Oven Cleaning
Inside the oven cleaning service, we will remove all the metal racks from the oven to clean it properly. We’ll scrub the inside walls and base hard to get rid of crumbs, grease, and dried food. We’ll also clean the inside door to make it shiny and free of splatters. Your oven will look almost new when they're done.
Fridge Cleaning (Empty)
The inside of your refrigerator or freezer will empty all of the drawers and racks. After the grease or food particles are removed with a degreaser, a soapy wash and rinse are applied. Everything, including the drawers and doors, goes through this exact same procedure. The items are cleaned, dried, and returned to their original place. Your refrigerator and freezer have been thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, sanitized, and deodorized, so they smell great and look like new.
Fridge Cleaning (Occupied)
Before cleaning an occupied fridge or freezer, the service must first remove all of the food from the appliance. Then, we take out all the drawers and racks and wash them with an eco-friendly degreaser to eliminate any grease and food particles that may have accumulated. All the refrigerator and freezer components, including the door and any inaccessible drawers, are removed in the same manner. Each component is disassembled, cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized before being returned to its rightful location. When everything has been put back in its proper place, your refrigerator will look as good as the day you bought it.
Windows Washing (Inside Only)
Dusting off the window frame and sills is part of inside window washing service. Soapy water is then used to scrub and clean the glass part of the window to remove any visible grease stains, fingerprints, stickers, tape, or paint particles (glass ONLY). Finally, glass cleaner is used to remove any remaining stains or dust particles to make the window shine like as if it was brand new. The windows must be free of any obstacles and easily accessible, our team of cleaners will NOT open any of the windows to clean the in-between part of the window, please refer to Window Washing Services (Inside and Outside) for more information)
Windows Washing (Outside Only)
Our outside window washing service involves using soapy water to get rid of dirt, visible fingerprints, stickers, grease marks, tape, and paint particles (glass only). After drying, glass cleaner is used to produce a streak-free, reflective finish on the window. In order to be able to take advantage of this service, our team of cleaners MUST be able to open the windows from the inside of the house. Windows must be free of any obstacles and easily accessible.
Windows Washing (Inside and Outside)
Dusting off the frames and sills is part of our window cleaning service, both inside and outside. We wash the glass with soap and water to remove any smudges, fingerprints, stickers, tape, or paint (on the glass only). For the same reason, we also clean the exterior of the glass.
While we do our best to clean the area between the inside and outside of your windows, if the corner is very difficult to reach, we may not be able to accommodate your request for a re-clean. After the window is dried, a final coat of glass cleaner is applied to remove any remaining fingerprints and give a streak-free shine. The windows must be free of obstacles and easily accessible.
Disclaimer for Window Washing
We CAN remove paint particles from the glass part of the window, but NOT from the window frame.
Ceiling Fan
Each blade is dusted and the top and bottom of the fan are wiped down as part of the ceiling fan cleaning service. The cleaner will provide a three-step ladder for this job, and they may also use a degreaser to get at the dirt that has built up there. Fans mounted on the ceiling must be accessible with a three-step ladder. They must be no more than ten feet in height and free of obstacles.
Inside Kitchen Cabinets
Kitchen Cabinets ONLY Not including drawers. We will take everything out of the kitchen cabinets. Dust off and wipe down the shelves, using some type of degreaser to remove and dust, or grease marks. We will dry shelves and organize items taken out back in their original place. Please be advised that this service does NOT include dusting, cleaning, or washing any individual item or items inside the Cabinets.
Washing Dishes
The hand-washed dishes cleaning service involves washing all the dishes in the sink, drying them, and putting them away if not otherwise specified. The service is charged per sink full and can be time-consuming. Customers who have dishwashers may opt to place dirty dishes in them, but the dishwasher must be completely empty, and the dishes inside the sink must be free of any stuck-on food. Otherwise, it may be challenging to determine whether the items inside the dishwasher are clean or dirty. Hence, we strongly recommend the hand-washed dishes cleaning service as an additional option.
Wall Cleaning
The wall cleaning services involve thoroughly removing visible dust by dusting the entire wall, wiping it down, and using a degreaser or soapy water to eliminate significant grease marks, dirt stains, and removable stains. Although we strive to eliminate removable scuff marks, this service is primarily intended for wall repainting rather than restoring the wall to its original state as it was when freshly painted.
Doors and Door knobs
As part of our door cleaning service, we remove any dust or cobwebs from the doorways and door frames. We also use a degreaser to clean them and get rid of any remaining dirt, grease, or stains. The doorknobs are also given a thorough cleaning and disinfecting before we leave. All the doors in the house are included in the service, but we pay special attention to those that need attention.
Baseboards
In our baseboard cleaning service, we dust and wipe down all of the baseboards that are within easy reach of a regular household vacuum. There will be no baseboard cleaning behind any large or bulky items (weighing more than 25 pounds) that we do not move. Dust, dirt, grease, and major stains are what we clean for. We are unable to repair serious damage such as dents or peeling paint. The baseboards in a new home will look practically brand-new, but those in an older home might not be in as excellent of condition. Preparing the baseboards for painting is the purpose of this service; in some circumstances, new baseboards may be required.
Window Blinds
The cleaning service for window blinds involves dusting them off to the best of our ability and wiping each blade with a degreaser to remove any dirt, grease marks, or significant removable stains. However, we cannot guarantee complete satisfaction with the blind cleaning service as it is a time-consuming process. In many cases, it may be more advisable to purchase and replace the blinds entirely. Dusting off window blinds is included as part of our deep cleaning service.
Carpet Cleaning
Carpet Deep Cleaning is a carpet cleaning method that uses warm water and a cleaning solution to clean deep down the carpet fibers, which are then extracted, leaving the fibers and carpet base clean. This method is also known as the encapsulation method and is preferred in the industry because it effectively removes stains and dirt. It has several advantages, including faster drying times, no wicking or re-soiling, less chemical residue, and a longer carpet life cycle.
Inside Closet
Cleaning out your closet can be overwhelming, so go in with a plan. Start by taking every last item out, including the hangers, and place them on the bed. Next, clean the inside of the closet while it’s empty. Dust and wipe down shelves and racks, vacuum or sweep the floor and clean light fixtures. Leave the door open so the closet can air out while you decide which clothes to keep and which to get rid of. It is best to figure out what should stay in your closet and refine the "Keep" pile.
Basement Cleaning
The procedure for cleaning a finished basement involves several steps. First, all surfaces will be dusted and the floors will be vacuumed. Add-ons like ceiling fans and baseboards can be cleaned. Depending on the type of flooring, it may be swept, vacuumed, and mopped. Any windows can be cleaned, and walls may be wiped down if needed. Finally, any furniture in the space will be dusted and wiped down. The specific steps and procedures will depend on the needs of the space and the preferences of the homeowner.
Post-construction/post-renovation house cleaning is an essential process that involves a thorough cleaning of the house after construction or renovation work is complete. The process begins by removing any dirt, dust, and other materials left behind by the construction crew. The cleaning crew will then vacuum and mop all floors, wipe down walls and surfaces, clean all windows and mirrors, and sanitize all bathrooms and kitchens. They will also dust and clean all appliances, and furniture. Once the cleaning is complete, a final inspection will be conducted to ensure that everything is in order and ready for the homeowner to move in.
Start high, go low. Starting from the highest level of the home and going to the bottom part or lowest area of the house. Cleaning away all kinds of dirt and dust that have accumulated over a long time on the surfaces or corners of the house. A thorough cleaning that is highly recommended when the house did not get any cleaning attention for over a month or after some period of time. In some cases, a Heavy Cleaning is recommended for clients who truly do not have the time to keep up with housework.

There are several reasons why cleaning companies may not be able to remove mold from bathrooms effectively.
Here are some of the top reasons:
Health and safety concerns: Mold removal can be hazardous, and professional remediation companies have the necessary protective equipment and protocols in place.
Time and resource constraints: Mold removal is time-consuming and requires dedicated resources that cleaning companies may not be able to provide.
Potential for cross-contamination: Without proper containment measures, mold spores can spread to unaffected areas during cleaning.
Structural damage: Mold can cause significant damage to the structure, requiring specialized restoration or repair work.
Hidden mold: Mold can grow in concealed areas that may be challenging to locate and treat without specialized equipment.
Liability concerns: Inadequate mold removal can lead to further damage and health issues, making cleaning companies reluctant to handle it.
Insurance limitations: Some cleaning companies may lack the necessary insurance coverage for mold-related issues.
Regulatory compliance: Mold remediation must adhere to regulations and guidelines, which cleaning companies may struggle to fully comply with.
Lack of specialized products: Cleaning companies may not have access to the specific products needed for effective mold removal
Need for trained professionals: Mold removal requires trained professionals who understand mold growth and effective remediation techniques.
Underlying moisture issues: Cleaning companies may not have the expertise to identify and resolve the underlying moisture problems causing mold growth.
Legal considerations: Mold issues can result in legal disputes, leading cleaning companies to prefer avoiding involvement in such cases.
While cleaning companies may not offer mold removal services, there are specialized mold remediation companies and contractors available to handle these issues effectively.
